Masha Vico is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience. Beginning her career in Accident & Emergency, she developed extensive expertise in acute care, patient safety and evidence-based medicine. This strong medical background continues to shape her meticulous, patient-centred approach to aesthetic medicine.
Driven by a passion for prevention, regenerative health and healthy ageing, Masha specialises in advanced skin health and regenerative aesthetic treatments. She believes that healthy skin reflects overall wellbeing and that the most natural, long-lasting results come from supporting the body's own regenerative processes.
As Co-Founder of Vico Skin, Masha delivers highly personalised treatment plans using the latest evidence-based technologies and techniques. Her expertise includes advanced laser treatments, radiofrequency technologies, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), polynucleotides, skin boosters, bio-regenerative therapies and combination treatment protocols designed to stimulate collagen, improve skin quality and promote long-term skin health.
Working alongside her twin sister, Jasmina Vico, Masha has helped establish Vico Skin as a leading regenerative aesthetics clinic in Fitzrovia, London. Together, they combine medical expertise with innovation to create bespoke treatment plans that prioritise skin function, natural-looking results and healthy ageing.
Masha has a particular interest in the relationship between skin health, nutrition, hormones, inflammation and longevity.
